Gastromotiva is an NGO that has been providing vocational kitchen training and nutritional education since 2004. They focus on training immigrants, young people from low-income families, and women in vulnerable situations. The organization aims to empower individuals and promote social gastronomy by utilizing gastronomy as a tool for talent exploration, passion discovery, and creating opportunities.
They believe in co-creating solutions through gastronomy to help people find their potential and pursue opportunities. Their programs emphasize human development, income generation, food safety, and climate and environment.
Despite facing challenges, Gastromotiva has adapted its model to the ever-changing times and environments. This adaptability has been key to their success. Through their journey, the organization has gained valuable insights and learnings.
