"The Magical Language of Seeds" - A Co-Created Children's Book from SGM and Eat Better Wa'ik
Today is World's Children's Day, where we come together to celebrate the youth, in global solidarity. The Social Gastronomy Movement is over the moon to announce the publication of "The Magical Language of Seeds."
The e-book for children was co-created by us, Eat Better Wa'ik, and PubliqaDesign. It's the result of a session led by our dear SGM community member and Food Solidarity Fund recipient, Bibi la luz Gonzalez. We are so grateful to everyone who contributed their creativity and spirit to make this possible.
"The Magical Language of Seeds" is a reminder of the power of the collective, and how when we work together, we can plant seeds of resilience and hope around the world.
What started as a zoom session during the SGM Food Solidarity Gathering, became a tangible gift from our community to you. To see the co-authorship in action, be sure to check out our YouTube Channel for the full recording of Campfire: Food System Collab Creative Storytelling.
The ebook will be available for reading throughout the weekend (link in Bio), to honor this World Children's Day. We encourage you to share with all of the kids (and adults) in your life!
