NYC's new comedy club has a restaurant...and it's run by a Social Gastronomy Chef!

Harold Villarosa, founder of The Insurgo Project - Social Gastronomy Hub in NYC - is now the Executive Chef of The Stand, a new comedy club in Manhattan's Union Square that aims to take "comedy food” to the next level.

Apart from substituting cheeseburgers, fries and pizza by healthier and more sustainable options, the space will also be the official Hub location in the city and home to Social Gastronomy community gatherings and events. Get excited, NYC!
