Open House at Botildenborg
On August 24th, 2019, Botildenborg, the Swedish Social Gastronomy Hub in Malmö, Sweden, opened the doors to its renovated headquarters.
The towered mansion used to be a maternal and infant home, as well as a refuge for single and pregnant women. Now, the house is transformed into Sweden's leading place for sustainability and cultural inclusion and miscegenation.
During the open house, guests were able to enjoy a guided tour of the house, visit the farming spots around the property, enjoy some music in the garden, and eat a delicious dinner with flavors from around the world.
